Corpse Reviver 2

1 oz. Djinn Gin
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Lillet Blanc
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 dash absinthe
Garnish: orange peel

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish.

Krupnik – Spiced Honey Liqueur

Brandy Krupnik

1.5 oz Krupnik
1.5 oz Apple Brandy (Flag Hill is good)
2 dashes Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick

Mix and serve over ice.

Border Collie Toddy

2 oz Krupnik
1 oz Ginger Liqueur
2 oz boiling water
Garnish: Lemon slice

Mix in a toddy cup.

Single Malt Whiskey

La Louisiane

2 oz. Djinn Single Malt whiskey
1⁄2 oz. sweet vermouth (Punt e Mes)
1⁄4 oz. Benedictine
3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Rinse: Absinthe
Garnish: Luxardo cherry

Rinse glass with Absinthe and drain. Shake other ingredients over ice, garnish and serve.
